Join us at DoScience this Saturday November 30, 2024 for a conversation with Dr. Ishwariya Venkatesh and her crew, from the CSIR – Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology. Dr. Ishwariya and her team will take us through the nuances of the functioning of the human brain, and address all the questions that we have about the brain but never asked!

3.00 to 3.45 pm – Talk by Dr. Ishwariya Venkatesh on “Know your Brain”
3.45 to 4.30 pm – Hands-on activities and demo by her lab on various aspects of neuroscience – reflexes, brain areas and functions, illusions and more.
About the Speaker:
Dr. Ishwariya Venkatesh is a Neuroscientist with over a decade of experience in the field of neural repair. She and her team like to share their knowledge and spark an interest in neuroscience among people.

Age-groups
The session is open to all ages. The talk will engage grown-ups and participants over 14 years of age, while the demo and activities will engage participants over 10 years of age.
